Shop Policies

General

  • All items are in stock unless otherwise marked. e.g. On backorder, Out of stock. Feel free to reach out to us via ryan@driftorcircuit.com or our many social channels at the bottom of this page.
  • Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving a finalised order.
  • Clothing apparel is made by a Melbourne print company with high quality AS Colour base garments.

Payment

  • We currently only accept PayPal payments which include credit card via PayPal.

Shipping

  • Deliveries are sent to the Shipping Address specified in the order. Please ensure that accurate and complete shipping details are provided to avoid delays or lost orders. Drift or Circuit cannot be held liable for missing orders due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Orders may sometimes take awhile to arrive due to circumstances outside of our control. Drift or Circuit cannot be held liable for delays caused by postal carriers such as Australia Post, USPS, etc.

– Local (Within Australia)

  • All orders are sent by Australia Post and a signature may be required upon delivery. Proof of ID/residence may also be required. If you are unavailable to receive the goods, an alternative method for delivery can be organised with Australia Post, either by allowing safe drop, or picking up at your local post office.

– International

  • All orders are sent by Australia Post then handed to your local carrier for final delivery. A signature and/or proof of ID/residence may also be required upon delivery. Your local carrier will be able to advise on order updates once it has reached your local post office network.

Refunds / Returns

  • Refunds or returns will not be processed for stickers and merchandise. Please be sure of the items you are purchasing before finalising your order.
